I started working with Emily to get stronger. As I am in my mid 40s, I wanted to focus on strength training as weight loss was not an area of concern for me.

I improved in both upper and lower body strength. Strength training is where I wanted to focus on, and Emily helped me with this with appropriate exercises. I gained increased energy and felt better about myself after my training with Emily
