Accomplishments:

Lost 20lbs and 5% body fat in 5 months, increased cardiovascular endurance and flexibility significantly.

About 3 months ago I was considering hiring a personal trainer.  I had a couple of goals that I wanted to accomplish.  I wanted to lose 20 lbs and generally get in better physical shape.  After initially speaking to Emily, I hired her to assist me reach my goals.  She was very attentive to what I wanted to attain and never abandoned my goals.  At the beginning, I was not so sure that this is what I wanted.  It was tough.  The only thing that kept me going was Emily.  Through all of the weight training and flexibility exercises she made  the time fly by.  It was actually fun to go to the gym and workout with her.  She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of personal training.  I have learned so much about how my body works through this process.  Emil’s follow up and her training procedures are very easy to follow even for beginners like me.  I have reached my goals at this point and I owe it all to Emily.  If you are searching for a personal trainer you could do ne better than Emily.  Thanks Emily for everything.
