I Lost 50 pounds of weight that I never thought I would see happen. It has changed my life for the better, by not only losing weight but increasing my core strength which helped ease the pain in my back and neck.  

I originally came to Emily to help lose weight and to build up my core strength because I have spondylitis in my neck and back, and I was in constant pain.  Emily made exercise fun, like I wasn’t even working out; don’t get me wrong though, she held me accountable and wouldn’t let me get away with anything. I trusted Emily and really felt she had my back. Emily helped with my weight loss, which in turn helped my back pain and changed my life.  She designed workout programs that had my health issues in mind, her programs were amazing, and worked better than I could have imagined.

If you are serious about getting in shape, I would recommend Emily 10 times over…
