National Fajita Day!



Not sure what to make for dinner tonight? Celebrate national Fajita Day today and try out one of these yummy recipes!



Below are some recipes my family enjoys (calories estimated from myfitnesspal meal import). If I need a lower caloric value, I sometimes substitute tortillas for lettuce wrap, make a fajita salad, or make a fajita bowl with cauliflower rice & some spinach.
