Hanukkah 8 Day Workout:

Each day of Hanukkah I will teach a new exercise until you perform 2 sets x 8 reps of 8 exercises!












12 Days TO Christmas Workout

This little twist on the 12 Days OF Christmas was created to help you fit in a quick workout & burn some extra calories leading up to Christmas. Similarly the workout will lengthen with each day & you will perform 12 repetitions of each exercise!
