N.E.A.T. ways to Burn Calories
Last year I talked about a handful of N.E.A.T. ways you can burn calories to bank for tempting treats you know you won't want to turn down at holiday gatherings.
In my previous post (Banking calories for holiday splurges & temptations) I discussed things you can do during your day to increase your daily burn, such as: parking further, opting to walk (or bike) instead of driving, taking the stairs instead of an escalator or elevator, walking into a store instead of using the drive-through, walking during meetings or pacing when talking on the phone, & sitting on a stability ball instead of a chair, or foam rolling while watching tv.
