Squash Procrastination




Action is the enemy of procrastination ... and your best friend!

I'm going to make this short, so not to aid in any procrastination, and simply say-- Get Moving TODAY! Here are some suggestions, and videos I've made throughout the year.


Remember: 5 minutes is better than ZERO.



5 minute Try It's:

  • Go for a walk: do it with a friend, walk your kids to school instead of driving, take your meeting on a walk, or call someone you have been "meaning to catch up with"

  • Do a stair workout:

  • Try an Interval workout (30s each)

  • Ladder drills (45s each)

  • Google a 5 minute yoga video, or try this one by Adriene:

Oh and don't forget to set our your workout clothes & shoes for tomorrow as well- just 5 minutes!
