It's the last week, here are my 4th set recipes in honor of National Soup Month, National Slow Cooking Month, & National Oatmeal Month.

I love these at breakfast, or it makes a great quick snack for the kids after school and before sports!

Comfort in a bowl! This soup is packed with flavor & protein.


Soup:

Cal: 272cal | Fat 6g | CHO 45g | Fiber 12g | Pro 12g











This Chili has a hint of sweet with a little heat!
